SEMI E142 Tool app for iPhone and iPad

The SEMI E142 Tool supports the following functions:

• Displays SEMI E142 substrate map data from a SEMI E142 formatted input file, including wafermap and stripmap data.
• Draws dimensionally correct layout information contained in the E142 file.
• Displays unit traceability graphics using the transfer map data.
• Enables the editing of substrate bin data.
• Enables the output of edited bin data in E142 format.

-USAGE-

This app enables you to download an industry-standard SEMI E142 file (in xml format) from an iCloud drive into the app. So to begin with, you need to have the E142-formatted file(s) that you wish to view/edit using the app uploaded to your iCloud beforehand. You may retrieve the following sample E142 files for testing:

Open a web browser (Safari, Chrome, FireFox) to one of the samples above. Then use "Safe Page As..." to save the page with .xml extension and copy that file to your iCloud. After that, you may download the E142 sample file from your iCloud using the app.

The free app comes with only 30 file downloads. The auto-renewable subscription allows for unlimited file downloads.

SEMI E142 Tool comes with 30 free downloads. Thereafter, in order to view/edit additional E142 files stored in your iCloud, you will need to sign up for the monthly subscription of $49.99. The monthly subscription allows for an unlimited number of E142 file downloads for each month.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at $49.99 per month.

You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will NOT be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
